A tight territory means less windshield time, more realistic arrival windows, and cleaners who genuinely understand these houses: hard-water scale on shower glass, salt and slush through the mudroom from November to March, original trim and grout in the older neighborhoods, and construction film in the newer builds near Crocker Park.
