Terms of Service

These terms of service are effective October 4, 2026. They apply to services you book with My Simple Cleaning LLC, 7059 Avon Belden Road, North Ridgeville, OH 44039. You can reach us by phone at (440) 467-4284 or by email at mysimplecleaningllc@gmail.com. These terms cover this website and our other public websites, https://www.mysimplecleaning.com, https://www.cleaningservicewestlake.com, and https://www.cleaningserviceavon.com.

The services and prices are what you confirm when you book. A cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the visit is a $50 fee. If you are not satisfied, tell us and we come back and re-clean. You provide safe access, secure pets, and put away valuables. We can leave if the home is unsafe. Please report a problem within 24 hours of the visit. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items of extraordinary value that were not disclosed.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out, and text HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not required to buy a cleaning. Carriers are not liable for delayed texts.

These terms are governed by Ohio law, and they are handled in Lorain County.
